Returns and refunds

1. Cancelling a pre-order

1. You may cancel a pre-order within 5 business days after placing your order, for a full refund.
2. To cancel, email sales@20yearsofgsport.com with your order number.

2. Printed copies

1. If your book arrives damaged or defective, or we sent the wrong item, contact us within 2 days of delivery. We will replace it or refund you in full, including delivery charges.
2. We do not accept returns of undamaged books for change of mind.
3. Please do not send items back before contacting us, so that we can arrange the return.

3. E-books

1. Because e-books are digital and marked with the buyer’s details, we cannot accept returns once a file has been downloaded, unless the file is faulty.
2. If your file is faulty or will not open, contact us at sales@20yearsofgsport.com. We will send a working file or refund you.

4. How refunds are paid

1. Refunds are paid to the card used for the purchase, through Yoco.
2. We will pay a refund within 7 days of agreeing it.
