Delivery

1. When orders are sent

1. All formats are on pre-order.
2. Printed copies (soft cover and hard cover) will be dispatched from Monday, 30 November 2026.
3. E-books will be available to download from Monday, 30 November 2026. E-book pre-orders open on Wednesday, 14 October 2026.

2. Printed copies

1. Where we deliver: anywhere in South Africa. Orders for delivery outside South Africa open on Wednesday, 14 October 2026.
2. How we deliver: by courier.
3. Delivery charge: a flat R100 per delivery, anywhere in South Africa.
4. Delivery charges are shown at checkout before you pay.
5. Expected delivery time after dispatch: 5 working days.

3. E-books

1. E-books are delivered as downloads, not by post.
2. From Monday, 30 November 2026, you can download your e-book from your account on this website. We will also email you when it is ready.
3. One purchase includes both the PDF and the ePub file.

4. Problems with delivery

1. If your printed copy has not arrived when expected, please contact us at sales@20yearsofgsport.com.
2. If your printed copy arrives damaged, or we sent the wrong item, please tell us within 2 days of delivery; see the Returns page.
3. If you cannot download your e-book, contact us at sales@20yearsofgsport.com and we will help.
